1. Overview

ATELI3R Contact Sheet Maker Pro ("the Application") is designed with a "Local-First" privacy philosophy. We differentiate strictly between Personal Content (your photos) and Account Data (your login).

2. Image Processing (Local Data)

Your photos never leave your device.

Local Scanning: The Application scans folders on your local hard drive only when explicitly selected by you via Drag & Drop or the File Dialog.

Local Generation: PDF generation and image compression are performed entirely within your computer's memory using local APIs.

No Uploads: We do not upload, sync, or store your photographic content on our servers.

3. Account Data (Cloud Data)

To secure access to the Application, we collect limited data handled by our authentication provider, Supabase:

Data Collected: Email address.

Purpose: To verify identity and check authorized access against our whitelist (`user_app_access` table).

Storage: Authentication data is stored securely via Supabase (hosted on AWS).

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase: Used solely for Authentication and Authorization. Supabase Privacy Policy (https://supabase.com/privacy).
